Oklahoma Standard Title and Escrow is owned and founded by W Shane Smithton and Dawnel L Smithton. Shane has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate and land title in Oklahoma. Dawnel has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University and over 12 years of experience in management in the Oklahoma title industry and has personally closed hundreds of real estate transactions over the last decade.
